Yeldo Group S.A., Yeldo S.A., and Y-Crowd S.r.l., on one side, and Mr. Marco Dardana, Mr. Carlo Prudentino, and Mr. Luca Tomasina, on the other, announce that they have reached an agreement for a consensual separation. This decision was made with the aim of independently pursuing their respective professional paths and ensuring the optimal development of their respective activities.

Yeldo Group S.A., Yeldo S.A. e Y-Crowd S.r.l., da una parte, e i signori Marco Dardana, Carlo Prudentino e Luca Tomasina, dall’altra parte, comunicano di aver raggiunto un accordo di separazione consensuale, nell’ottica di perseguire autonomamente i rispettivi obiettivi professionali e al fine del miglior sviluppo delle rispettive attività.
