YELDO is a fast growing fintech start-up in the real estate investment space. We offer direct access to institutional-grade real estate investments via our digital platform.
Our mission is to deliver the best online real estate investing experience by bringing access, transparency and simplicity to invest in real estate deals that have been historically available only to the few.
As our Real Estate Specialist you will be in charge of analyzing and creating the supporting material for evaluating all our projects in Italy, Switzerland and abroad. You will work side by side with our Country Managers and you will be in the driving seat to ensure the quality of our deals. You will be responsible for evaluating and suggesting alternative possible project scenarios with the goal to give us an edge compared to our competitors.
Once the deals are finalized, you will help YELDO keeping track of the projects, controlling their advancement and providing the necessary reporting. This part of your job will include regular visits to the construction sites and properties behind our deals.
This is a core role at YELDO as you are going to be the first filter for our deals, helping us to build our deals pipeline and ultimately, you will provide the necessary control in order for us to act proactively in case of distress.
You will interact internally with the whole YELDO team and externally with brokers and advisors to ensure our goal: offering the best institutional-grade real estate deals for our clients. This is why you will report directly to YELDO Country Managers and potentially you will take a leading role to build your Real Estate R&D team as we continue our growth.

Location: Milan (Italy), with the flexibility to travel to Lugano (Switzerland) twice per week. But we love remote working!
Training: a training budget will be available for your personal development and for reaching your objectives and YELDO’s objectives.
Contract: Full-time position with permanent contract.
Salary range: We pay above market rate because we believe in rewarding top talent!
