YELDO is a fintech company in the real estate investment space with offices in Germany, Luxembourg, Switzerland and Italy.  We offer direct digital access to institutional-level real estate investments via our technology platform.

As of today, we have raised capital for about 1Bn of real estate projects in Europe and Switzerland with an historical IRR of ca.14.6% and 0% default rate.

Our mission is to deliver the best online real estate investing experience by bringing access, transparency, and liquidity to invest in an asset class that has historically been available only to the few.

Role summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our client base within the wealth management sector, specifically targeting family offices, private funds, private banking distributive networks and HNWI/UHNWI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in alternative investments and a proven track record in sales within the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed targets for alternative investment products.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in family offices, private funds, private banking networks and HNWI/UHNWI.
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends, providing insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Present and promote our range of alternative investment products to potential clients, articulating their benefits and suitability for different investment profiles.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and client services, to ensure seamless delivery and high client satisfaction.
  • Attend industry conferences, networking events, and other relevant gatherings to represent the company and expand professional networks.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market conditions, and client feedback.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales within the financial services industry, with a focus on alternative investments.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client bases within the wealth management sector.
  • Strong understanding of alternative investment products and their application within diversified portfolios.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
  • Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages (e.g., Spanish, French, German) are a plus.

●    Training: a training budget will be available for your personal development both for soft and hard skills development, useful for reaching your objectives and YELDO’s objectives.

●    Contract: full time.
