As of today, we financed EUR 850m+ worth of projects in Europe and Switzerland with an historical IRR of 14.6% and 0% default rate.
Our mission is to deliver the best online real estate investing experience by bringing access, transparency, and liquidity to invest in an asset class that has historically been available only to the few.
Role summary
As our Transaction & Business Development Manager you will be driving the execution of our deals.
This is a core role in the investment team of YELDO as you are going to build your pipeline, interact internally within YELDO team, and externally with advisors to ensure your deals get executed and we deliver on our value proposition: offering the best institutional-grade real estate deals for our clients.
For this role you will report to our Chief Investment Officer (20+ years of Real Estate investment experience at Morgan Stanley, Angelo Gordon, etc.).
